Yes its a city.
Yes its a base for many cable car rides to much higher ground.
Yes its the home of Swarovski
Yes it was one of Sissi’s favourites

No its not one of ours.
I guess we had greater expectations.

It has nice architecture in the old town. There’s a beautiful, relaxing park near the river on the western side. Arcades are home to nice shops some with beautiful artisan products.

But we weren’t astounded, and frankly wouldn’t recommend spending more than a few hours unless you’re history freaks. There so much more to see in Tyrol.
